All items sold as-is. 20% Buyer's Premium. All lots must be paid in full by cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, pre-approved check or guaranteed funds (i.e. cashier's check or money order) before pickup. You must provide cash deposit per container to the storage location at the time of pickup. The deposit varies by the size of the container and is as follows:
$100.00 for 5x5, 5x10, 5x15, 5x20, 10x10
$150.00 for 10x15
$200.00 for 10x20
$250.00 for 10x25
$300.00 for 10x30.
In the event that the unit(s) have been completely cleaned out by Sunday following the auction, the deposit(s) will be refunded to you. Payment methods include cash, MC, Visa, Discover or pre-approved check. You can make credit card payment online by going to "My Account" and selecting your invoice.
