2025 QUICK BREAD BAKING CONTEST SALINE COMMUNITY FAIR QUICK BREAD BAKING CONTEST AND AUCTION (Zucchini, Cinnamon, Banana, Pumpkin, Spice, etc) JUDGING WILL TAKE PLACE IN BUILDING A, FRIDAY, AUGUST 29TH, AT 1:00 P.M.  WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED DURING LADIES’ DAY AUCTION:  Will be held in Building B at 6:00 p.m. Friday.  All proceeds go to the Saline Community Fair Premium Account. ENTRY FORM AND BREAD MUST BE RECEIVED Friday, August 29th between 12:30 and 1:00 p.m. • Eligibility - Open to all public - amateur bakers only Requirements: • Each contestant must provide 2 loaves Please put at least ½ loaf in a zip lock bag for judging, and 1 whole loaf in another bag for the auction at 6:00 p.m. on Friday of the fair. • Only one entry may be made per person. • All entries must be accompanied by 2 copies of a list of ingredients.  Contestants' name MUST NOT be on the list. • ALL ENTRIES BECOME PROPERTY OF THE SALINE COMMUNITY FAIR • Entries do not include gate admission to the Fair. Judging: • Judging will begin at 1:00 p.m. • Winners will be announced during the Ladies’ Day Program • Awards will be as follows: o Grand Champion Loaf of Bread $75.00; Reserve Grand Champion Loaf of Bread $50.00 3rd Place Loaf of Bread $25.00; 4th Place Loaf of Bread $20.00; 5th Place Loaf of Bread $15.00; 6th Place Loaf of Bread $10.00 • Premium checks will be mailed.
