Please check each lot for shipping or no shipping and the buyer will be responsible at pickup for providing all man power and tools to remove the items. The auction company does not help. You will also need to respond to the shipping email after the auction is over to weather or not we will be shipping your items. If you do not respond to that email, then we assume you are picking up your items. The Winning Bidder covenants and agrees to purchase the subject personal property at the price of the winning bid, and upon the terms and conditions hereinafter provided.
