The Winslow Farm consists of 114.77 +/- surveyed acres in three tracts located 3.5 miles southeast of Arthur in western Douglas County, IL. The farms include highly productive soils and an exceptional yield history.
Tract 1: 38.19 +/- Ac. | 139.5 soil PI
Tract 2: 37.61 +/- Ac. | 140.3 soil PI

This is a three-tract auction that will be conducted in a “Choice & Privilege” Format.
The live in-person auction will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, August 27th, 2026, at the Arthur Community Building, 120 E. Progress St., Arthur, IL 61911. Virtual online bidding will be offered to those wishing to bid remotely.
Remote bidding for qualified bidders via our online bidding platform can be reached at our website a few days prior to the auction, or through the First Mid Ag App on your mobile device through the Apple or Google Play app stores. If bidding online, please register to bid by 5:00 PM the night before the auction.
