The Smith Farmland Auction will offer 109.54 +/- acres in one tract, located 5 miles northwest of Clinton, Illinois. This Class A farm is mostly tillable with wind turbine income and open tenancy for the 2027 crop year. There is a 46' x 70' machine shed located at the northeast corner of the farm.
The live in-person auction will be held at 10:00 AM August 25, 2026, at the Clinton Country Club, 9530 Texas Church Road, Clinton, IL, 61727. Remote bidding is available at firstmid.bidwrangler.com or through First Mid Ag Services’ mobile app.
