(1.)Everything Must Be Paid In Full Day Of Auction Regardless of when Item's Are Picked Up With Cash Are Cashier Check Personal And Company Check's Must Have A Bank Letter Of Guarantee Made Payable To Double C Auction Company ( If You Have Not Been Doing Business With Double C Auction Company Before)
(2.) Everything Is Sold As Is Where Is With No Guarantee Of Any Kind ( Buyers Shall Rely Entirely on Their Own Inspections And Information
(3.) DoubleCAuction Company Does Not Guarantee Any Year, Make, Mobel, Hrs.,Etc.
(4.) Double C Auction Company Is Not Responsible For Any Accident's Or Injuries
(5.) Every Effort Is Made To Guard Merchandise throughout the Auction However the Bidder Becomes Responsible For All Items Purchased Immediately Following The Winning Bidder Therefore He/She Is Advised To Further Guard Their Item's At Their Own Discretion
(6.) Bidders Is Responsible For Knowing Which Item's You Are Bidding On If You Are Unsure They Should Inquire Not Bidding.
(7.) When you Become the winning Bidder At The Auction you Have Affected A Contract And Will Be Expected To Pay For Item's In Which You Where Evidenced To Be Successful Bidder.

IF You Buy A Vehicle And You Write A Check You Will Have To leave the Vehicle At The DoubleCAuction (yard) Until the Check Clears the Bank ( No Exception's) Once The Check Clears the Bank DoubleCAuction Company Will Contact the Buyer and Make Arrangements So the Buyer Can Pickup His/Her ( Vehicle And Title)
(17.) We Have The Right To Add/ Delect Item's
(18.) On Vehicle's You Must Bring Title In When You Bring The Vehicle And Must Be In Your Name If Not you Will Not Be Able To Consign Vehicle Into The auction
(19.) Reminder Whether you Are Consigning Any Items or the Winning Bidder of any item's you have entered into a Binding Contract Please Respect that
(20.) All Accouncements Made Day Of Auction Supersedes Any Printed Material

All Small Items Must Be Pick Up Day Of Auction Whether you Buy them Or Whether You Consign them ( No More Leaving Small Item's) If Any Small Item's Are Left Over And Did Not Sell Are They No Sale you Must Pick them up On Saturday ( DoubleCAuction Company will Not Be Responsible If Your Small Items Disappear)
