Winning bidders will be responsible for removing the buildings within the stated time frame. 
Including a heated 42'×50' Morton building (2009) with 4 overhead garage doors, a 24'×40' garage with an overhead door, and a 14'×18' storage shed. All equipped with electricity.
Structures located on the south side of Hicksville Exempted Village School Buildings

Buildings must be removed no later than August 14th

Buyer is responsible for all removal logistics

Lot 1: 14'x18' Shed, 36" walk-in door, 2 windows, foam insulation board

Lot 2: 24'x40' Garage, 8'x12' Overhead garage door, 36" walk-in door, window on each side, lined with particle board, structure bolted to concrete slab.

Lot 3: 42’x50’ prefab metal building. Constructed in 2009 by Morton Buildings. Contains three 12’x14’ overhead garage doors with openers, and one 8’x8’ manual garage door.  Sterling GG Series natural gas heating unit, EGS Heavy Duty general purpose transformer, 3/4" electrical conduiting and receptacles. All other content not included.
