Additional Terms and Conditions for 7/18/26 Stoops Estate Auctions

1- We are following all ATF Federal and state laws for transfer of firearms

2- Buyers must be 18 years old or older to buy a long gun and 21 years old or older to purchase a handgun

3- West Virginia transfers for all types of firearms will be handled by our FFL Grimm Arms , 1103 27th street Vienna WV

By appointment call 304-834-4556

4- Ohio handguns will be sent by our FFL Grimm Arms to be transferred to your choice of FFL. There will be an additional fee payable to Grimm Arms.

Note they are closed Mondays

5- Guns will go from the possession of the Stoops estate administrator to Grimm Arms. RPSM will not have possession of firearms at the sale.

6- All payments to be paid in full today.

7- There will be a 10% buyers' premium on all purchases today (IE a purchase of $100 will cost you $110.00)

8- There is a $25.00 fee for each firearm buyer today to pay our FFL for the transfer

9- If you are a FFL and purchase firearms today Grimm Arms will need a copy of your current FFL license and drivers license to take your firearms today. You will still pay the the one time $25.00 fee when you cash out.

10- Ammunition buyers must be 18 years old or older. Ammunition will be passed back during the sale.

11- It is a federal offense to write a bad check for the purchase of a firearm. We will pursue this if necessary. Please make sure you pay us with a good check, cash, or credit card. Credit cards subject to a 6% fee.

12- All guns sell as is where is with no warranty stated or implied. Firearms should be checked by a competent gunsmith prior to firing.

13-Items left in the building for more then 7 days without letting us know will become the property of the company

14- Do not switch items in the boxes

Do not shop lift

Do not take items out of the community box

Sell choice - top bid has the right to take one or however many presented items at the top bid amount

Sell times the money - top bid buys the items presented for the top bid amount times however many presented
