Beginning at 7:00 PM on Sunday, July 19th, a live auctioneer will sell each lot online in real time, creating the excitement and pace of a traditional live auction. There is no in-person bidding—all bids must be placed online through our bidding platform while the auctioneer calls the sale live.

Pickup is Monday, July 20 ONLY. There are no alternate pickup dates, as the home has been listed for sale.

Once the auction has concluded, invoices will be emailed, and buyers will receive a text message and email with the pickup address and a link to schedule their pickup appointment.
