There will be a 10% Buyer's premium and sales tax of 6.75% on this sale. All items are described to the best of our ability, buyer's are encouraged to preview pictures to judge for themselves and bid accordingly. Items are AS IS, please preview pictures or call and ask questions if you have any concerns before bidding.
No shipping will be provided unless you call our office in advance and get permission for specific items. All items MUST be picked up during our scheduled pick-up times, items not picked up will be forfeited without refund. If you cannot make the pick-up time please do not bid, there will be no exceptions!
Pick-up for the sale will be on location at 149 S Eastom St. Leipsic, Ohio 45856 July 24th from 10-4.....Please bring your own boxes, packing materials, and muscle as these will not be provided.
Shipping is available for small items, please contact the auction house to verify which items can be shipped by calling 419-422-8531. If you would like items shipped we must know by the end of auction to be able to add shipping to the invoice. Shipping charges will be added to your final invoice and include...shipping, handling, packaging, materials, and insurance.
If you are tax exempt you must notify the auction house before the end of the auction.
