Auction Terms: All state & federal laws will apply. Timberland Firearms (FFL) will complete the transfers for a fee of $20 for the first transfer & $5 for each additional transfer, per customer. Buyers will pick up purchased items from Timberland Firearms after the waiting period has expired. Illinois residents must provide a valid photo ID and FOID card & out of state residents must provide a valid photo ID to be allowed to inspect and purchase guns and ammo.

Payment is due day of the auction. Cash or good check along with a valid photo ID is accepted as payment. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases.
