PICKUP
Pickup is ONE DAY ONLY. Date and time to be announced upon auction close. If you miss pickup day you must arrange buyer paid shipping or your items are deemed abandoned. Do not bid if you cannot pick up your item or arrange shipping.
SHIPPING
Shipping is available on most lots via Shipping Saint. Buyer pays all shipping and handling fees. Local pickup and shipping are both available options.
PICKUP SCHEDULING
Once the auction closes pickup times will be scheduled through Shipping Saint software. Check your email and text messages for your pickup scheduling option. Stick to the pickup times please. If you damage anything at the pick up location, you are responsible. Any damages to other property or to the location itself. Bring sufficient help. If you buy a heavy couch, do not show up alone. THERE WILL BE NO ONE TO HELP YOU AT PICK UP. BRING ALL OF THE HELP YOU WILL NEED OR HIRE MOVERS.
LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS
Buyers are responsible for all removal of purchased items. Bring dollies, gloves, straps, extra help, and any tools or equipment needed to safely remove your items. We cannot assist with loading or moving. This includes large mounted items such as boilers and heavy equipment. Buyer assumes all responsibility for safe and compliant removal. If you damage anything, you will be charged for any repairs or replacement of whatever you damage.
PAYMENT
Credit or debit card only. All payments must be made online through your HiBid account. We do not accept payments at pickup or at any other time. Do not use cards with small balances just to bid. The card you register with must work at checkout. If your payment fails we will attempt to run it a second time. If it fails again you will be banned from all future auctions and reported to HiBid.
