BUYING GOLD and Silver-If you are buying gold and Silver in the auction you will be required to pay cash or comply with the following:
a. Provide proof of Identification with a picture ID. The photo ID must match the name and address on file and sign a credit card authorization form if charging to a card.
b. If buying Gold and need shipping we will require a signed credit card authorization form to be sent to you and filled and sent back to us, before we run the card or send payment in full by money order before we ship the items to you. It is at the descecrtion of Brown's Thurmont Auction to decide if the bidder can use a credit card or not. If the bidder is new to Hibid with no auction company feedback the bidder may be denied bidding. If you do not verify your identiy you will be denied.
c. All Gold purchases will require signed delivery reciept by the shipping carrier, by the person on the invoice and insurance will be added to the shipping cost. If your indentity is not verified we will not ship.

2 - SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON SELECT LOTS Read Details Please verify your shipping address is correct on Hibid and make sure we have the correct address. We ship to the Ship to address on the invoice, unless otherwise stated by the buyer. Shipping Gold will require signature verification upon arrival and we may ask you to send us a copy of your photo ID that matches your credit card information. Canadian Buyers will be responsible for paying Customs Duty Taxes upon delivery. We do not charge the duty fees in the shipping charges.
3 - Paying Cash at Pick up? We charge all credit cards at the close of the auction. If you are a cash buyer let us know before the close of the auction so we can save you in the system as a cash buyer and your card will not be charged. Shipping charges will be charged after the items are packed and weighed.
