We will be selling the untouched furnishings from two early country farmsteads (Saratoga & Schoharie Counties) featuring exceptional country and Victorian furnishings, several early attic found signed oil paintings on canvas, clocks, musical instruments, signs, primitives and a barn full of interesting items.  Over 500 lots.  One home is a hoarder's home - packed but clean!

Special Note: We underestimated on this sale. The findings are absolutely incredible. The owner of the Saratoga farmstead is also the owner of the "Inn at Saratoga", the oldest operating hotel in Saratoga, where we have picked up several nice pieces. So many great finds. This is a sale you should not miss and we are air conditioned!
