Description: 132.80+/- acres of PRIME farmland in Saline County, KS. Located approximately 4 miles west of Solomon, KS, on Interstate I-70. Farm Service Agency (FSA-USDA) reports 130.98 acres of tillable cropland and 1.82 acres of trees, grass, and engineered water way. This excellent tract consists of productive Sutphen Silty Clay, and Solomon Silty Clay soils at 0 to 1% slopes. These soils are considered to be 100% PRIME soils if drained by the USDA - Natural Resource and Conservation Service (NRCS). Engineered drain runs north to south to provide necessary drainage.

 

The 130.98 acres of cropland will be in 2026 wheat stubble, immediately open for the buyer. The seller pays the 2025 and prior year property taxes. 2026 taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Homestead located on the north of the property does not sell.


The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on the total acres times the highest bid. The real estate agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments.

BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this land for 14 days, beginning July 28, 2026, and ending August 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. central. This online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled closing time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. Final bid is subject to seller confirmation of sale to be provided within 15 minutes at end of the auction.
