nonrefundalble earnest money deposit will be due at the conclusion of the
auction. The balance will be due at
closing which will be on or around August 18, 2026. Taxes will be pro rated to the date of
closing and possession will be given at that time. This home will sell in as is condition with
no warranties or guarantees of any kind. Prospective buyers will be expected to do their own due diligence and
bid accordingly.

will consist of approximately 300 lots
of Fenton glass, farm toys, and quilts. These items will be offered on absentee online bidding. The other
auction ring will have furniture, glassware, toys, sterling pcs, and
tools. Please bring a friend as 2 rings will
sell all night.

pcs of beautiful hand painted Fenton glass, carnival glass, uranium glass,
Fostoria, pressed glass, hand painted china, RS Prussia, Bavarian, several
lighted curio cabinets, 70+ quilts that have been described, measured and
appraised, flatware, pots/pans/dishes, loom, bedroom furniture, living room
furniture, antique tables, wash stands, pictures, kitchen table and chairs,
holiday decorations, chest freezer, garage fridge, large amount of commercial
display cabinets,
