1 - U.S. M1863 Springfield Rifle U.S. M1863 Springfield rifle with an 1863 dated lock plate. The barrel measures 40 inches in length, with an overall rifle length of approximately 56 inches. The lock plate is marked 'U.S. Springfield' and '1863', and the top is marked '1863'. Barrelbands are stamped with 'U'. Initials 'MP' are carved in front of the trigger guard.

2 - U. S. Spencer M1862 Repeating Rifle Carbine U. S. Spencer model 1862 repeating rifle carbine featuring serial number 20157. Barrel length is approximately 20.25 inches with an overall length of approximately 39 inches. The firearm has a lever-action mechanism and a wood stock, consistent withU. S. military carbines from the period. Markings are visible on the receiver. Detailed inspection of surfaces shows evidence of age and handling.

3 - Model 1840 Light Artillery Saber Model 1840 Light Artillery Saber marked ‘U. S.' and J. C. W.’ with an 186- date visible on the blade. Manufacture marking on the opposite side is not visible due to corrosion. Blade measures 32.25 inches in length, with an overall length of approximately 38 inches. The tip of the blade is chipped. Features a brass guard and wire-wrapped grip. Condition shows corrosion and wear consistent with age and use.

4 - Lancaster County Style Kentucky Long Rifle Lancaster County style Kentucky long rifle featuring a percussion rifle mechanism, full stock, and octagonal barrel. The barrel is rifled and approximately 50 caliber. Lock plate is marked Henry Parker Warranted. Rifle has a Lancaster County style patch box and a silver toned inlay on the cheek piece. Notable repaired crack in the wrist and along the barrel.

5 - Ames Manufacturing M1860 Cavalry Saber Ames Manufacturing M1860 Cavalry Saber dated 1856. The blade measures 35.75 inches in length, with an overall length of 41.5 inches. Features include a brass guard and pommel, wire-wrapped grip, steel scabbard with two mounting rings, and a leather suspension strap. Markings and maker's stamp are present on the ricasso. Surface wear and patina are visible consistent with age and typical use.

6 - Civil War Era Smith Percussion Carbine Smith Percussion Carbine from the Civil War era chambered in 50 caliber. Features breech loading mechanism with a 21.5-inch barrel and overall length of 39.25 inches. Serial number is 292292. Stock is initialed ‘JH’. The firearm displays a metal butt plate, rear and front sights, and standard trigger guard with saddle ring. Wood stock and forearm exhibit wear consistent with use. Manufacturer markings are present on the receiver.

The firearm is marked with 'Burnside Rifle Co. Providence, R.I.' Serial number 34079 and 'Burnside Patent March 25th 1856' visible on the receiver. Barrel and metal components show areas of patina and wear consistent with use.

12 - U.S. Militia Non-Commissioned Officer’s Sword U.S. Militia non-commissioned officer’s sword featuring a helmet-shaped pommel and a handle crafted from a hard natural material. The blade measures approximately 26.75 inches in length, with an overall unsheathed length of 34 inches. A scabbard isincluded with the sword. A manufacturer mark is present and is barely visible under the hilt.

Inspection markings and proof stamps are visible on the metal surfaces and wooden stock. Wear isevident on the surfaces, consistent with age and handling.

14 - J. Henry & Son Percussion Rifle, Ohio Style J. Henry & Son percussion rifle featuring a half stock Ohio style design with a walnut stock. The rifle is equipped with a heavy octagonal smooth bore barrel, measuring 36.5 inches in length, and an overall length of approximately 51.75 inches. The barrel and lock plate are marked 'J. Henry & Son.' Corrosion is present around the breech, and there is a crack in the foot of the stock. The rifle appears to have been owned by Wyatt Earl, as his name is marked on the firearm.

15 - M1850 Field & Staff Officer’s Sword M1850 field & staff officer’s sword featuring a custom made Solingen Germany blade. The blade is decorated with scrolled foliage and patriotic motifs, with one side marked 'U. S.' and the other side marked 'Pluribis Unum,' meaning 'out of many, one.' Included with a scabbard. Blade measures 31.25 inches and overall length without the scabbard is 37.5 inches.

16 - Richardson & Overman Gallagher Carbine Richardson & Overman Gallagher percussion carbine featuring a 22.25 inch barrel and an overall length of 39.25 inches. 19 - Gaylord Mfg. Co. Officer’s Sword Officer’s sword manufactured by Gaylord Mfg. Co., featuring a 29 inch blade and an overall length of 34 inches. The piece is likely from the 1870s. The sword includes a detailed gilt brass guard and pommel, and a ribbed grip. The blade displays etched designs. The scabbard is present and includes decorative fittings.

20 - Andrew Wurflein Kentucky Long Rifle Attributed to Andrew Wurflein, Kentucky long rifle featuring a full tiger maple stock. Rifle includes an engraved patch box, as well as engraved inlays on the cheek piece and along the barrel. The top flat of the barrel is initialed "A. W." Barrelasures 40.25 inches long with an overall length of 56 inches. A paper in the patch box attributes the rifle to Andrew Wurflein.

21 - Half-Stock Percussion Rifle w/ British Tower Half-stock percussion rifle featuring a British tower lock plate. This lockplate was originally used on a Tower Enfield musket. The rifle has a 39-inch barrel and an overall length of approximately 55.25 inches. The firearm is fitted with a brass trigger guard and butt plate and displays checkering on the grip. Metal and wood surfaces show wear consistent with use and age.

22 - Civil War Era Sharps Carbine Sharps Civil War era single-shot carbine. Serial number 2848 is stamped on the receiver. Features a 24.75 inch barrel and measures 42.5 inches overall. The carbine displays a falling block action with external hammer. Marked 'C. Sharps Pat Oct 5th 1852' and 'C. Sharps Pat Sept. 12th 1848.' Wooden stock and forend show marks and wear consistent with age and use. Metal components have a patinated appearance.

The cartridge box is equipped with a brass "US" plate and interior dividers. Cap pouches are attached on both sides of the belt, and the leather bayonet scabbards fixed to the belt assembly. 54 - 5th N.Y. Volunteer Infantry Duryee Zouaves Book Hardcover book titled 'Camp and Field Life of the Fifth New York Volunteer Infantry (Duryee Zouaves)' by Alfred Davenport. Copyright date of 1879. Features green cloth binding with decorative black and gilt stamping on the cover and spine. The interior contains text and illustrations related to the Fifth New York Volunteer Infantry, also known as Duryee Zouaves. Period handwriting is present on the front endpaper. Some wear visible on the covers and spine consistent with age and use.

55 - Civil War Model 1859 McClellan Saddle Civil War Model 1859 McClellan saddle manufactured by Demarest of Newark, NJ. Features an 11 inch seat. The saddle features the distinctive rawhide covered wooden seat, wooden stirrups with hoods, leather crupper, leather leather saddle skirts are not present. A brass shield on the pommel is marked with the seat size 11, brass tag on the front left of the saddle is marked ‘Demarest Newark NJ’. Consigner has added a rope to the setup. Overall wear is evident, consistent with age and use.

56 - Dale Gallon ‘Buying Time’ Signed Framed Print Dale Gallon ‘Buying Time’ signed framed print, Limited Edition numbered 1660 out of 1863. The frame measures 23 inches tall x 26.5 inches wide. The print includes the artist's signature and edition number. The work is presented in a wooden framewith brass corner accents and double matting. Frame and print both appear well-preserved and ready for display.

57 - Confederate States of America $10 & $50 Notes Confederate States of America $10 and $50 banknotes presented together in a display frame measuring 11 x 13 inches. The notes are visible from the front and mounted against a blue background, with the $10 note encapsulated and graded. Both items arecontained within a wooden frame.

58 - 1st Lt Robert A. Sedgwick Artillery Coat Civil War Union artillery uniform coat with brass buttons featuring an eagle shield and an 'A' denoting the artillery branch. Consigner has indicated that this coat belonged to 1st Lieutenant Robert A. Sedgwick of the 1st Connecticut Heavy Artillery.Consigner has provided documentation regarding Sedgwick. The inner lining of the coat is signed ‘Sedgwick’. Evidence of wear is present throughout, consistent with age and use during the Civil War period. The coat features a red collar and cuffdetail typical of Union artillery uniforms.

Founder New York 1892’. The sculpture measures 19.5 L x 10 W x 27.5 H inches. The piece features a detailed depiction consistent with Remington's Western themes. It stands on a shaped base and displays foundry marks as specified.

61 - Revised U.S. Army Regulations of 1861 Book Hardbound volume titled 'Revised U.S. Army Regulations of 1861'. The cover features embossed designs and gilt lettering on the spine. Published by George W. Childs, Philadelphia, the book includes an appendix with changes and laws affecting Army regulations and articles of war up to June 25, 1863. The saddlebags are clearly marked ‘Long 1917 F.A.W’ on the interior, as stamped into the leather. Features include multiple straps and buckles for secure closure and attachment, with wear consistent with age and service use. Each pouch has a flap closure and is designed to attach over a saddle. Historic military item from early 20th-century U.S. Cavalry use.
