BIDDING PROCESS
LOT #1 – TURNKEY BUSINESS PACKAGE
The final high bid for Auction Session #1 will be placed in a "Pending" status at the conclusion of bidding. "Hold the Bid"
The final high bids from Sessions #2, #3, and #4 will also be placed in a "Pending" status upon completion of bidding. " Hold the bids"
After all sessions have concluded, the auction company will review the total combined values of Sessions #2, #3, and #4 and compare those results with the bid received for the Turnkey Business Package (Session #1).
Prior to presenting all bids to the seller for consideration, the auction company reserves the right to reopen and reoffer Session #1 one (1) time if deemed appropriate.
Following the completion of all bidding activity and any authorized re-offer, all results will be presented to the seller. The seller will then determine the method of sale that best serves his interests, including but not limited to:
Selling the complete turnkey business package;
Selling the assets through the individual auction sessions; or
Accepting another combination of bids as permitted by the auction terms.
