Real Estate Auction Terms
$25,000 Non-Refundable Certified Funds due day of auction made payable to: Law Office of Tregoning & Grossnickle, PC, 352 West Patrick Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701
Balance due within 45 days
3% buyer's premium added to final bid
Buyer to pay all seller settlement costs
Day-of-sale announcements take precedence over printed materials
2.5% Broker Participation: Licensed Brokers/Agents must register their buyer with the auction company prior to the auction and be present on day of auction. Failure to comply with all broker participation requirements will result in forfeiture of any commission.
We recommend the use of Salisbury, McLister and Foley LLP -Title Company for closing. Pursuant to Maryland law, the buyer retains the right to choose the title company.
