HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
It is time to liquidate an entire garage and downsize for the consignors. There are four sellers involved in this auction. The items include an antique gentlemen’s dresser, farm décor and collectables, like-new name-brand clothing, exercise equipment, a gaming chair, vintage train set, general household goods, and anything and everything out of a garage. This will all be in one location for pickup. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
This auction will be conducted out of a garage and trailer at the same location. A few items are inside the house and will need to be taken out by the buyer. The seller is not moving, just downsizing. Please be considerate on her property.
