• Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it.
• Completed packets must be submitted by Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 4:00PM.
• Option B – Printable Registration Packet

• NOTARY REQUIRED
• Fill it out and return to 11167 Big Tree Rd. East Aurora, NY 14052
