This auction consists of 1 Lot containing the entire contents of Joseph Krack's shed.
- No Buyer's Premium
- Winning bidder must submit the payment to Property Peddler Inc. by 5PM on Friday, June 26th (after auction closes).
- Buyer must clear entire shed by 10am on Monday, June 29th.
- Buyer will submit a separate deposit of $250 which will be made to Property Peddler Inc., refundable after inspection of cleared shed.
- This is a short auction! Get your bids in and be prepared for quick payment & weekend removal.
Important Note: This is an effort to clear a shed before the real estate sale closes. Property Peddler has no leeway to make arrangements for later pickup. Please only bid if you are prepared to follow the strict time schedule for payment and pickup.
