Join us for a lively and family-friendly evening at the McAlpin Community Auction! Whether you're buying, selling, or just enjoying the atmosphere, there’s something for everyone.
Every 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month
Browse and bid on a variety of small livestock and farm goods:
- Goats & Sheep & Pigs
- Rabbits
- Chickens & Ducks
- Fresh Eggs
- And more farm-related items!
- 8:00 AM: Auction gate opens for animal check-in
- 4:00 PM: Deadline to have animals checked in (for buyer preview)
- 5:00 PM: Sale begins with farm-related miscellaneous items
- 6:00 PM: Goats & animals begin promptly
📌 Seller & Consignment Info
- Items sell in the order they are consigned
- Limited number of house cages available
- Cages are not included with animals unless specified
- Sellers must be prepared to provide any required licenses (per FWC guidelines)
💰 Seller Terms:
- 15% commission
- Payment issued same night by check or mailed the following Monday
- Gate opens at 8am on sale day for check in
- Please have animals and miscellaneous here before 4:00pm
💳 Buyer Information
- 10% Buyer’s Premium
- Accepted payments: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit
- +3% fee for credit/debit transactions

👨👩👧 Parents: Children are welcome! Please keep them with you inside the auction barn—no unattended roaming outside.
