Has markings on the blade near handle, stamped 12, 43 stamped date of inspection, OA (Orange Feeder Factory for Lithgow Small Arms) walnut grip. "X" bend-test mark as well as Broad Arrow Government acceptance mark. Leather intact on sheath. 21.5 inch While these where used in WW1 the 12 and 43 Suggest it was used in WW11.
