1 - AUCTION INFORMATION (Do not bid on this lot) This estate in Geneseo NY is filled with quality antiques, vintage furnishings, decorative arts, and distinctive collectibles. Featured offerings include gold jewelry, carved mahogany and oak furniture, a striking secretary cabinet, seller’s kitchen cabinet, grandfather clock, roll-top desk, cast iron porch furniture, wicker bedroom suite, leather-bound classic books, vintage art work, antique mirrors, framed artwork, Persian-style rugs, cast iron cookware, copper kitchenware, cobalt glass, stoneware, crystal, china, Fenton lamps and other lighting. 5 - SHIPPING (Do not bid on this lot) SHIPPING IS DETERMINED BY LOT ** Some items are marked shipping available and some are not. Follow the symbols. These decisions were made intentionally. No shipment on furniture or items that would not fit inside of a regular vehicle, We transport the items to the Geneseo NY UPS store. The auction house will notify you what day the items will be transported and the UPS store will reach out to you in the following days to arrange shipment Once we drop the items house, the auction house is no longer responsible for the items. Any damages or lost goods during shipment is to be taken up directly with the UPS store. You will pay the UPS store for packing and shipment directly. Handle your own insurance etc. The auction house will charge a $5 handling fee per lot for transportation. Shipping requests are to be made at the time of registration in the "notes".
