ONLINE AUCTION ONLY. Bidding starts closing out July 20, 2026 @ 4 pm. Lots will close in sequence, with two (2) lots closing every 60 seconds. A 120-second auto-extend is enabled. If a bid is placed within the final seconds before a lot is scheduled to close, the closing time for that lot will automatically reset to 120 seconds until no additional bids are received.
Invoice Payment: An email will be sent to you with a link to pay for your items online. A 3% convenience fee will be added if paying with card. If you prefer to pay at pickup please make arrangements by emailing info@wardauctionservices.com. Accepted payment types are cash (please bring the exact amount due) or cashier's check payable to Ward Auction Services. Personal checks will not be accepted.
Buyer's Premium: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid. The buyer's premium, together with the final bid amount, will constitute the total purchase price of the item. (Example: Hammer Bid Price $1,000 plus 10% Buyer's Premium equals Purchase Price of $1,100).
Item Pick-Up: Pick up location is 14651 North RD NW, Depauw, IN on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 4:00-7:00 pm & Thursday, July 23, 2026 4:00-7:00. Buyers are responsible for removing their purchased item(s) during the designated pick-up times. A paid invoice and valid photo ID are required at the time of pick-up.
Firearms to be picked up at Pleasure Ridge Firearms located at 845 Feller Rd NW, Corydon, IN 47112. Pleasure Ridge Firearms charges a $30 transfer fee per firearm.
