Next Auction is June 27th at 9 am. Parkway Central Hardware. 23 W Olive downtown Aurora. We will be selling the contents of the building and also offering the property for Auction as well. Property sells with owner confirmation, 10 % due day of sale with closing within 45 days. Bank Letter of Credit/approval required. Everything inside the building sells as is where is. We are Not selling anything related to to Parkway Heating and Air. This business is moving locations and will continue to serve the surrounding area.
