All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspections prior to bidding. Participation in the auction signifies acceptance of the items’ condition.
Payment
Payment by credit card only. Cards will be charged automatically at the close of the auction. Cash will also be accepted on the camper and race engine.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% buyer’s premium is added to the final hammer price of each lot.
Credit Card Fee: 3.2% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Sales Tax: 5.3% sales tax applies to all items. If you are tax-exempt, we must have your valid tax exemption certificate on file. This documentation must be submitted before sales tax can be removed from an invoice.
Removal Requirements
Date & Time: June 23 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pickup Location: 262 Metairie Rd., Cana, VA 24317
Buyers are responsible for all loading, equipment, and transportation. Full payment must be collected before removal. Items must be removed during the designated pickup window. No storage is available beyond the scheduled dates.
