TERMS; CASH ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. All units sell in their entirety. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of all items with 48 hours from time of auction.

There is a $100.00 PER UNIT Clean out cash deposit required on all purchases. MUST have a valid PA driver's license to register for auction. Deposit will be returned to the buyer when unit is COMPLETELY cleaned out. Unit amount subject to change by sale day.
