S. of Hwy #11 in the SW/4, & the SW/4 SE/4 of Sec. 21, Twp. 27 N., R10, all
W.I.M., Alfalfa Co., OK & Less and Except that land previously deeded for
use as a hwy. Taxes: were
approx. $621.50. The 2026 taxes will be prorated to day of closing. Minerals: Do not sell. Possession: Possession is to be
given upon payment in full of the purchase price and transfer of title, at
closing, subject to the existing lease which expires August 1, 2026. Registration: All
