1 - D.R. Dimes Tiger Maple Dining Set w Harvest Table Dining set by D.R. Dimes featuring a tiger maple harvest table with black painted trestle base. The table measures 6 ft long by 3 ft wide & 29 1/2 ins. high, with 14-ins. extensions on each end. Includes 4 Windsor side chairs & 2 Windsor armchairs crafted in the Early American style. The table features a highly figured curly maple top. Good overall condition with some wear on chair finishes.

2 - 19th Century Pine Country Cupboard with Wavy Glass Large 19th century pine country cupboard featuring a molded cornice above glazed double doors with old wavy glass enclosing 4 interior shelves. Lower section includes 2 drawers and a 2-door storage cabinet. Retains a worn surface with period construction details. Measures approximately 92 ins. H x 46½ ins. W x 16 ins. D. 2 glass panes are cracked, adding to its historic character. An excellent example of American country furniture.

3 - Large Country Pine Glazed Corner Cupboard Large country pine corner cupboard featuring a molded cornice above double glazed doors with panes, opening to display shelves with a red & yellow painted backing. Below are 2 drawers & a 2-door cabinet for additional storage. Lighted, though untested. Measures 54 diagonal wide, 24 inch sides, 12 inches depth at back & 86 inch high. Good overall condition with wear & one cracked pane consistent with use.

4 - Large 13 ft. x 10 ft. Braided Oval Area Rug Large braided oval area rug measuring 13 feet by 10 feet. Features traditional country-style design in burgundy, navy, and cream colors. Ideal for dining room, living room, or farmhouse décor. Displays light wear from use consistent with age. The listing includes the rug only; no furniture is included. 4a - New Braided Oval Area 13 x 10 ft Rug – Burgandy New unused large braided oval area rug measuring 13 feet by 10 feet. Features a traditional country-style design with interwoven bands of burgundy, navy, & cream. Suitable for dining room, living room, or farmhouse décor. Photos show the rug placed under furniture, but product condition is new & unused as specified in the lot details.

5 - Early Solid Walnut Corner Hutch with Glass Doors Vintage Custom Handmade solid walnut corner hutch/display cabinet. Solid walnut primary wood. Upper section includes double glass-pane doors with 4 triangular shelves for display. Center drawer offers storage with wood knob handle. Lower section comprises double-wooden doors concealing additional shelving. Traditional design with crown molding detailing. Displays light household wear to wood surfaces and interior shelving.

6 - Young Republic Hard Rock Maple Hutch by Tell City Young Republic hard rock maple china cabinet & hutch by the Young Chair Company of Tell City, Indiana. Features a three-door glazed display upper section with adjustable shelving, three utility drawers, spacious buffet with multiple drawers includinga lined silverware drawer, & two-door storage compartments. Original brass-tone hardware. Maker's stamp present. Measures 54 ins. wide by 19 ins. deep by 73 ins. high. Displays wear consistent with age & use.

7 - Howard Miller Grandfather Clock with Moon Dial Howard Miller grandfather clock in a cherry-toned wood case with arched bonnet top. Features a brass-tone moon phase dial with decorative engravings, lyre pendulum, & 3 polished cable-driven weights. Includes multiple chime selection options. Glass side panels & full-length glass front door allow visibility of the pendulum. Measures 19 ins. wide by 11 1/2 ins. deep by 6 ft. 9 ins. high. Light wear noted consistent with prior household use.

8 - Ornate Gold-Tone Wall Mirror with Beveled Glass Large decorative wall mirror approximately 30 ins. by 42 ins. Features an ornate gold-tone frame with raised floral, scroll, & acanthus leaf motifs. The mirror plate is beveled, clear, & reflective.
