Bidding & Soft Close: Bidding of 1st lot will end at 4:00PM on Wednesday June 24th with each subsequent lot closing 30 seconds after the prior lot. A soft close will be used. If a bid is received in the last 2 minutes of the lot offering the lot will be extended another 2 minutes--PLEASE note this will not affect the other items in the sale. You can bid each time yourself or simply enter a max bid and the auction software will bid competitively up to your maximum. In the event of tied maximum bid, the winner will be the bidder with the bid entered first. All invoices totaling $1,000 or less will be charged to credit/debit card on file at the conclusion of the auction. Invoices of $1,000 or more may be paid via cash, check, credit/or debit card, or wire transfer. All invoices must be paid in full prior to pick-up or no later than Saturday June 27th at 9:00AM Pick-up by appointment @ 61 Railroad St., Kingtson, OH or scheduled pick up 8:00AM to 9:00AM Saturday June 27th. Any lots remaining on site after 9:00AM on Saturday June 27th wil be forfeited with no money returned to buyer unless you have made previous arrangements with auctioneers or owners. 10% Buyer's Premium All items are being sold as-is where-is. Buyers shall either satisfy themselves to condition through personal inspection or waive their right to a personal inspection prior to the sale.
