We suggest you place your highest bid prior to the auction starting because we move very fast through the lots and you may not get time to increase your bid before the lot closes. 

This is an auction as described as "public auction" under WV Code. All bidding increments, bidding amounts, bidding styles, time limits are strictly at the discretion of the auctioneer. Also "Prebidding Increments" may change during the LIVE sale; MEANING THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW THE PREBIDDING INCREMENTAL BIDDING CHART.

ATTENTION ALL ONLINE BIDDERS: THIS IS A SIMULCAST AUCTION MEANING THAT IT IS BOTH ONLINE AND PERSON AT THE SAME TIME. IN THE EVENT OF A TIE BID ONLINE THE BID WILL GO TO THE EARLIEST PLACED BID, BUT THAT DOES NOT APPLY ONCE THE LIVE AUCTION STARTS IN REGARDS TO FLOOR BIDDERS. IF THE AUCTIONEER TAKES A BID ON THE FLOOR FOR YOUR MAX BID AMOUNT BEFORE IT IS REACHED THE BID WILL GO TO THE FLOOR. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON ALL ITEMS. THERE WILL BE A FEE FOR HANDLING AND PACKAGING MATERIALS. BUYER PAYS SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS. We are expierenced glass shippers and we do all packaging in house and use Pirate Ship to save you the most money possible!

Online Bidding Available via hibid.com 10%  buyers premium if bought online. 10%  buyers premium if purchased in-person in-house at time of auction. There will be a 10% buyers premium for absentee or phone bids. 

Terms of sale are cash or check with proper ID, Debit and Credit Cards will be accepted with a 5% Processing Fee. There will be a 10% buyers premium on all absentee or phone bids. If the auctioneer approves you to pay via Paypal (MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE AUCTION BEGINS there will a 5% fee for processing. ALL ONLINE BIDDERS MUST PAY VIA THE CC ON FILE UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE WITH AUCTIONEER. 

Titled items will be released day of sale, but if payment is made by check titles will be held and mailed once the check clears. Announcements on sale day precedence over any advertising. Licensed and bonded in favor of the State of WV Lic #2151

In the event that a piece(s) of glass arrives broken, the buyer must report it to the seller within 48 hours of delivery. The Buyer also must provide the Seller with photos of the box, packing materials, and broken item(s). The seller will file an insurance claim with the postal service, but the buyer must keep the box, packing materials and broken item(s) until the claim is resolved. The seller will communicate any additional needs to the buyer during the claim process. -The seller is not responsible for any items being sent to a drop hub distributor. Buyer must report any damages to seller within 24 hours of item being received at distributor. Buyer is also aware that they must purchase additional insurance from distributor for overseas shipment. Seller will not refund, replace or exchange any item for damage if not notified within 24 hours of delivery to agreed upon location in the US. Seller is not responsible for any issues once the item has left the original box and/or shipment has left the United States. By paying this invoice, the customer agrees to these terms set forth as previously stated.
