All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 10% Buyers Premium for all lots paid via guaranteed funds: cash, wire transfer, cashier's check or money order.
Note: If lots are not picked up by the pickup deadline, there will be a $25 charge per day for 5 business days. If not picked up, the lots will be declared forfeited, abandoned and be resold.
Buyer's are responsible to bring proper help, tools and equipment to remove purchases, no additional help will be available.
