incentive, landowners receive free technical assistance from DNR foresters and
wildlife biologists, priority for cost-share to offset the cost of doing

minimum requirement for program enrollment is 10 acres of forest, wetland,

successful online bidder will be required within 48 hours after auction close
to sign a standard form purchase agreement and submit a 10% deposit. This deposit may be in the form of a personal
or business check.
The balance
will be due & payable at closing within 60 days. While this does give you
plenty of time to complete any financing that you may be considering, the sale
is not subject to financing.
The final
auction bids are subject to the acceptance or rejection by the seller.
Buyer will be guaranteed good merchantable title and will assume the real
estate taxes starting with the Spring 2027 installments.
Possession will be immediate upon closing - with the exception of the
property planted in corn on Tract 1. Possession on that land will begin as soon
as the corn harvest is completed.
