Going on the auction block, selling by online bidding only, will be household furniture, appliances, including items from two homes. Tractors, vehicles, and equipment from estates and other sellers will also be sold. A few of the items include a 5065 E John Deere tractor (under 400 hours); John Deere MX7 7 ft. rotary cutter; 2012 John Deere 5045 D 2WD tractor (10,323 hours); 2001 Chevrolet Silverado crew cab pickup truck (under 20,000 miles showing); Allis Chalmers D-15 tractor; 6 ft. 3 pth Frontier RC2072 rotary cutter; MF 120 square baler; Ford 146 4-bottom plows; pull type boom sprayer; washer; dryer; futon bed; couch; love seat; platform rocker w/ottoman; metal shelving; garden tools; kitchen wares; area rug; end tables; metal kitchen cabinet; and miscellaneous items.

INSPECTION: The tractors, vehicles, and equipment can be inspected from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EDT on weekdays at the Barr Realty & Auction Brandenburg office located at 879 Hillcrest Drive, Brandenburg, KY 40108. There is no inspection for the household items. PAYMENT & PICKUP: By appointment only for winning bidders Saturday, July 11th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EDT at 879 Hillcrest Drive, Brandenburg, KY 40108. Payment in full is due at pick up. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or check only. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. No items will be shipped, no exceptions. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PERSONAL PROPERTY: Payment in full and possession given day of item pickup, with the exception of any titled automobiles/boats/trailers after being transferred at the courthouse with proof of transfer supplied to auctioneers. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or good check. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED. No items will be shipped, no exceptions. Other online bidding terms apply. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price. SALES TAX: A 6% KY sales tax will be charged on the final selling price on all taxable items. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All property sold as is where is condition with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
