find one just like this one. Dan was a career metal

fabricator who got a lot of satisfaction out of making

jigs & custom tooling to increase efficiency on the

production line and built to last. Here in his retire-

ment shop where he dabbled in many fields from

sharpening to steam cleaning to stock car panels,

antique restoration, power unit design, assembly,

converting much of his machinery to his own needs,

setting up his own power supply, therefore it is hard

to describe the sheer volume of brand new hard-

ware & equipment set up & power transmission

components. There are organizers galore with many

kinds of bolts, lags, concrete anchors, machinists’

screws etcetera, brass fittings, pipe fittings, hyd.

hose fittings, valves, shelves filled with new air reg-

ulators, filters, air cylinders, foot pedal switches,

hyd. motors & pumps, reels of hyd hose & air hoses,

pullies, bushings, hundreds of pullies up to 30” & up

to 8 groove, hundreds of new old stock V belts from

small A to large D 114”, tons of raw stock including

tool steel, pipe channel, angle iron, flat stock & steel

beams. Many work stations had their own bench

complete with all the wrenches & sockets & screw

drivers & pliers & hammers & bench vice & ect., plus

there are numerous rolling mechanics tool chests

full of tools! Including a large interesting collection

of unique & antique tools etc. There will be several

rings of auctioneers selling all day in the auction

barn, under tents and on wagons. Plan to spend the

entire day. There will be something for every one &

lots of conversation starter pieces!
