5.5% Sales Tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total
purchase price.

Payment in full is required before items may be removed from the
premises. Payment options: Cash, check payable to Fowler Auction or
credit card on file (or other card).

Winning invoices will be emailed by midnight auction night to the
e-mail address used for registration. Please check your profile to
ensure your email & credit card information are correct. NOTE: You now have the option to pay your invoice online when you receive your invoice by email.
THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND & STAGGERED CLOSING: When a bid is placed on an item in the final 3 minutes of bidding for that lot, bidding on that lot will automatically be extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction lot scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time for that lot will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received on a certain lot within a 3-minute time frame. Lots will close in groups every 3 minutes. Lots that extend will continue to remain open until there has been no bidding within a 3-minute time frame.
NOTE: It is very IMPORTANT that every Bidder read and understand the terms & conditions BEFORE bidding (either online or LIVE). Each Bidder is solely responsible for inspecting this property BEFORE bidding (property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS).
