· A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid price to arrive at the final purchase price for real estate.
· A 20% deposit (escrow money) of the total purchase price for the real estate will be retained within 24 hours of auction with balance due on or before 30 days.

· Real Property will be conveyed by deed description.
· 2025 Taxes = $1,778.83.  2026 Taxes will be pro rated.
