Mini Storage Auction Notice

Time: 5:00 PM
The auction will be held at Snyder Lawn and Landscape / Cavanal Mini Storages. Parking will be available on site.
A minimum of 18 storage units will be auctioned, with the possibility of additional units being added.
The auction will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Before bidding starts, the storage unit doors will be opened and buyers will be allowed to view the contents from outside the units.
Each storage unit will be auctioned as a whole unit — not individual items. The winning bidder will purchase everything contained inside the unit for one total price.
A $100 cleaning deposit will be required for each unit won. This deposit will be refunded once the unit has been completely cleaned out and all items have been removed.
Winning bidders will have Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to remove the contents from the unit. If desired, winners may also choose to rent the storage unit after the auction.
Each winner will be assigned a personal gate code for their name only to access their unit during the cleanup period.
Payment is due at the time of the auction. Sales tax will be collected on the total purchase amount.
