The IR IRET13 and IR IRGC40 trikes are scooter-style three-wheelers with heavy-duty rear cargo beds, diamond plate flooring, drop-down side panels, and a tailgate — great for hauling on any property. Also available is the SDLANCH MGC40, a tandem two-seat three-wheel scooter with a front cargo tray and rear basket, perfect for golf courses, resorts, or campgrounds.
The 2026 SDLANCH SDLGC80 electric golf carts are quiet, emission-free, and come with a windshield, front basket, and fender flares — ideal for courses, communities, farms, or estates.
Zero gravity massage chairs (AMAZON brand) come new in box in grey/black with foot roller massage, heat, full-body air compression, and multiple programs. Additional IRMC lounge chairs are also available.
Corrugated white metal roofing/siding panels are available in multiple lots, suitable for roofing, siding, or fabrication projects. Capping it off are two 42' x 30' x 15' metal shop buildings — one standard and one triple-garage configuration — both brand new.
