All announcements made on sale day at auction prior to sale, take precedence over any other written or oral announcements.

 

Bidder may NOT walk into the unit. Bidders will be given a chance to view contents of each unit offered for sale from the outside at the beginning of the auction.

 

Individuals with unit(s) in the HRSS lien auction are not permitted to attend or bid.

 

Bidder must be registered and have number by auction time in order to bid.

 

Any unit up for auction not bid on, the contents of that unit will be added to the next unit up for bid.

 

Hubbards Road Self Storage makes no claims or warranty as to whether any item(s) are in working condition.

 

If a firearm or ammunition is found in the unit, contact local police regarding requirements set forth by the state.

 

All personal items such as pictures, birth and/or death certificates, divorce papers, etc. are to be turned over to the manager.

 

Bidder must vacate unit by Monday 5 pm or make arrangements to rent the unit. The unit must be completely emptied, swept and ready to rent.

 

Bidder must provide own lock.

 

Gate hours are 5 am to 11 pm daily.

 

Payment is cash.  Unit will be locked until paid.
