Pickup Days:  Tuesday & Wednesday, June 23rd & 24th Between 10 AM - 3 PM.  

Please do not bid if you are unable to pay for and pick up your items on the designated pickup date and time. All items must be picked up at the auction location only. No items will be transported back to the Fowler Auction office for later pickup.

When items are not paid for or picked up, it prevents other interested bidders from having the opportunity to purchase those items and creates additional costs and delays for the Seller and our staff.

AUCTION NOTES

· This is an ONLINE auction only.  
· Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium & 9% General Sales Tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full is required before items may be removed from the premises. Payment options: Cash, check payable to Fowler Auction or credit card on file (or other card).
· Please note that all measurements may are estimates and are not guaranteed for accuracy. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to independently verify any and all information prior to bidding. No warranties or representations are expressed or implied. 
· Winning invoices will be emailed by midnight auction night to the e-mail address used for registration.  Please check your profile to ensure your email & credit card information are correct.  NOTE:  You now have the option to pay your invoice online when you receive your invoice by email.

THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND & STAGGERED CLOSING: When a bid is placed on an item in the final 3 minutes of bidding for that lot, bidding on that lot will automatically be extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction lot scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time for that lot will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received on a certain lot within a 3-minute time frame. Lots will close in groups every 3 minutes.  Lots that extend will continue to remain open until there has been no bidding within a 3-minute time frame.

NOTE: It is very IMPORTANT that every Bidder read and understand the terms & conditions BEFORE bidding (either online or LIVE). Each Bidder is solely responsible for inspecting this property BEFORE bidding (property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS).
