Note: All items must be picked up by the specified removal dates & times unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Any remaining items will be considered abandoned. ID and paid printed receipt is required for pick-up. Buyers are responsible for bringing boxes and sufficient help for heavy or bulky items. Please note that some lots will require at least two able-bodied individuals to move safely.
