Due notice has been given to the owner of said property, and the time specified for payment has expired.  This advertisement is published pursuant to: Ohio Revised Code, section 53222.03.

The above are hereby notified that their goods stored at Brookville Stor-N-Lock located at 570 Albert Rd., Brookville, Ohio 45309 will be sold at public auction on June 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. 

Terms: Cash Only.  All units will be auctioned as whole units and the highest bid will buy the complete unit. Units must be emptied and cleared out by June 26, 2026.

Directions:  Located at: 570 Albert Rd. Take Westbrook Rd. West off Salem.  Go past Diamond-Mill Rd into Brookville.  Turn Right onto Albert Rd. or take I-70 to Brookville Exit.  Turn South onto Arlington Rd.  To to Upper Lewisburg-Salem Rd. & Turn Left.  Go to Albert Street & Turn Right.
