Parcel No.2 – 17.218 Acres of Woodland, Shelby County, Section 3 of McLean Township.  The property has dedicated access along Bruns Road. This wooded parcel lies behind the first parcel.  The parcel is all wooded with the exception of the road frontage. There is a 50’ lane to the woods from Bruns Road to the woods.

Parcel No.3 – This is the combination of Parcels No.1 and No.2 offered together.
