Going on the auction block, selling by online bidding only, will be a double wide home, garage, barn and 8.7 acres in the following parcels: Parcel 1: 4.4 +/- acres mostly open land. Parcel 2: 2007 Dutch Limited 28 ft. x 50 ft. double wide home (has been converted to real estate) consisting of 1,400 sq. ft. (as per PVA) and having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with built in electric cook top, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, family room, and utility room hallway. The home has electric furnace, central air, carpet and vinyl floor covering, covered front porch with treated wood, access ramp, side and back deck, and concrete block underpinning. Also included is a 30 ft. x 36 ft. 1 ½ story vinyl sided garage with full basement, 2 overhead garage doors, electric, workshop, and lots of storage. Other amenities include concrete and blacktop driveways and well for water service. The home and improvements are situated on 2.3 +/- acres with mature shade. Parcel 3:  2.002 +/- acres of open land with some woods and a 22 ft. x 57 ft. 1 ½ story barn/storage building. Balance due by July 31st, 2026. POSSESSION: Date of new deed transfer only. TAXES: 2026 real estate taxes shall be prorated.
