Going on the auction block, selling by online bidding only, will be a total of 6.8 acres of mostly open land with paved road frontage on Cloverdale Estates Lane and Sim Dowell Lane. Public water is available from the City of Irvington. This real estate will be selling in 4 parcels ranging from 1.454 acres to 1.91 acres each. Parcel 4: 535 Sim Dowell Lane, Irvington, KY 40146: 1.91 mostly open acres fronting Sim Dowell Lane. Parcel 5: 481 Sim Dowell Lane, Irvington, KY 40146: 1.547 mostly open acres fronting Sim Dowell Lane.  Parcel 6: 433 Sim Dowell Lane, Irvington, KY 40146: Mobile home and 1.902 open acres fronting Sim Dowell Lane. Parcel 7: 337 Sim Dowell Lane, Irvington, KY 40146: 1.454 open acres at the corner of Sim Dowell Lane and Cloverdale Estates Lane.

Balance due by August 14, 2026. POSSESSION: Date of new deed transfer only. TAXES: 2026 real estate taxes shall be prorated. Due to the home being constructed prior to 1978, lead paint could be present, make your inspection 10 days prior to the auction ending time.
