Auction Date: Bidding starts closing on June 30, 2026 @ 6 pm. A five (5) minute auto extend has been enabled on this auction. If a bid is received within two (2) minutes of the auction ending, the time will reset to five (5) minutes. This will continue until bidding has stopped.
A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid. The
buyers premium, together with the final bid amount, will constitute the total
purchase price of the Real Estate. (Example: Hammer Bid Price $100,000 plus 10%

A non-refundable down payment, 10% of the Purchase Price (Final Bid + Buyers Premium), in the form of cash, check, or wired funds in USD are due next business day following the auction, balance due in 40 days.
