Brand new live auction in the Lake Wales area liquidation motivation is going to be holding a live in person Auction where we’ll be selling a wide variety of store returned products from major retailers Lo-es, Tar_et,Home D_pot, and even Co_tco . we also have collectibles from local Storage units, furniture, jewelry, and just a wide assortment of everything. 
we will also have wholesalers and dealers selling each week with a different variety. If you would like to consign please contact us to schedule drop off.

Will be holding the Auction live every Saturday starting at 12 o’clock noon and will continue till everything is sold. we will post photos as soon as possible, but we are a retail store and liquidation facility we sell during the week.

 

we do sell during the week, so if there’s something you see in the photos, feel free to text message James at 321-443-6475 to see if it’s still available at the auction.

 Everything is sold as is where is 
 There is a 15% buyers premium 
Methods of payment are cash,credit and debit card
 All sales are final.

The auction house will be open Monday  to Friday between 12 and 4 PM this way you can come out and check out the merchandise, pre-register for the auction and fill out paperwork. And if you would like to leave any bids the be auctioneer will be more than happy to help you out.
